I activated GPRS on my phone a month ago. It worked once I got the settings thing through my thick skull.
It stopped working a week after it started. Nothing I did helped.
This morning, I found it working again.
Has BSNL found out I took a Tata Indicom connection? Are they trying to win me back? Do pigs fly? Do govt undertakings know the meaning of customer service? Can people fathom the unconscious of a computer?

@Orhan: BSNL has govt shares, the rest are all private sector.
